Help a mother protect her daughter

Please help me to help my niece in the USA fight in the US legal system to protect her 4 year old daughter from a predator. This is a confronting topic and one I am not overly comfortable with sharing publicly but my niece is a young mother of 2 beautiful girls and has spent every cent she has to date to fight to protect her daughter, I am also now tapped out financially and feeling helpless on the other side of the world.

The justice system and CPS have been no help as no-one has actually witnessed the abuse and you can't get credible testimony from a 4 year old without asking 'leading' questions. So it comes down to money and family court to fight to protect her. There is a history of abuse but due to all involved being minors this information cannot be released as testimony, I am not going to go into detail due to the confronting nature of the topic but I can say without a doubt she needs to be protected.
