We sterilise, treat, and rehome Bali dogs. Please join us to help them.
Auckland
Bali is said to be the 'Island of the Gods'. However, for animals living there life is often short, cruel, and brutal. Through no fault of their own, dogs suffer from abuse, neglect, malnutrition, and disease.
SOS Bali Dogs was set up in December 2022 to sterilise Bali dogs to help prevent further suffering of unwanted puppy litters. While sterilisation is our primary aim, circumstances have meant that many times we have taken sick dogs that would die without help. Bali has a HUGE population of stray dogs, and through our efforts we aim to make a lasting impact on their lives.
Many of these dogs face unimaginable challenges daily, and the situation is dire. With your support, we can break the cycle of suffering and give these dogs a chance at a better life. Sterilisation and vaccination not only improve the health of individual dogs but also contribute to controlling the overall population of strays, ultimately reducing the suffering. We work with other rescuers, shelters, fosters street feeders, and vets to ensure ALL money donated goes to dog welfare.
We also have 20+ dogs we are reasonable for at the vet, fosters, and shelters. None of this come for free!
How You Can Help:
We have set up a campaign to raise funds primarily for sterilisation, and vaccination efforts for street dogs. Due to bulk pre-purchased medication, costs for sterilisation of male dogs is $11 NZD, females is $25NZD. Vaccination is $15 NZD. A small donation helps save lives!!
