After a full day of flying we finally made it to our swim destination, the Gold Coast, Australia. Tomorrow our 10-12 year old swimmers start their three day competition. We can only grow from this experience.

Today was our last gym session with Aunty Dani followed by a full morning of lagoon time focused on building our endurance. Only 7 days to go!

WOW!!! 6 kms of swimming completed by our six swimmers and joined by their coach and family members. They were so positive throughout the challenge and still had the energy to run around afterwards. Only two weeks until we depart for Australia.

Today marks 20 days until we depart the Cook Islands for the SSA Swimming Championships at the Gold Coast Aquatic Centre, Australia.
We continue with swim training four times a week and gym training twice a week.
Great gym and land session today with the crew, building their upper body strength for swimming
Another training day, another 1.5 km of swimming completed! Keep pushing those limits and striving for your goals!
A bit of gym training with Coach Dani has been added to the schedule to enhance their performance and ensure their upper body is as strong as possible.
Muscle = power and speed in the water💪
5 weeks out from the competition, we are training 4 days a week, twice a week with Coach Dani and twice a week with CIAF Coach Kieren. 1.4km of swim training completed yesterday.
