I have been lucky enough to get a wildcard entry into the SCA World Championships in Fort Worth Texas!
I'll be competing against hundreds of the best steak cooks in the world, hoping to take the title of World Champion in March this year!
All funds will go to travel costs, and any amount you can afford will be greatly appreciated!
