Help a lovely mum

Canterbury

For some of you this may came as a shock. Ali has been diagnosed with Ovarian cancer and now Leukemia. Ali went to the doctor with pains. With Ali having endometriosis she thought it was just that. To find out after having test and scans done she had a cysts and a tumor on her right ovary. She has currently and is still on going radiation treatment for this. She is also now having blood transfusions for leukemia. She has also been given 6 months to live. Now we all know Ali, she is a fighter, and she would love to prove the doctors wrong. So let's get behind her and help her prove them. Ali would be the one to do it for us. Now we need together to help her.

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
