To raise enough funds to purchase a generator to support Alysha's dependence on a CPAP machine

Our daughter suffers from a rare disease called Rett Syndrome. This means she is prone to pneumonia. Alysha was recently hospitalized for 50 days after two collapsed lungs and now needs the use of a CPAP breathing machine at night for lung support.
As a family we enjoy camping over summer and with Alysha now needing power at night, we are trying to raise funds to purchase a generator. This will not only provide power at night whilst camping, but also provide piece of mind during power cuts at home as we live on a rural property.

Hi Everyone.
Megan and I are overwhelmed with the support we have received. We now have enough money to purchase the generator.
Many of our friends have suggested we keep the page open and continue to try raise sufficient funds for a hospital bed which can be raised up/down and bend in middle etc.
These type of beds can be purchased from Harvey Norman (Queen) for around $3k. With the money raised so far we are already half way there so thank again so much.
We will run the page until next Friday and then look to purchase a bed in the New Year once back from camping and top up any short fall ourselves.
