This page is being set up on behalf of Archer Harmon and his family, with their permission while they navigate his diagnosis.
Almost 4 weeks ago Archer collapsed at Kaikoura hospital. After being transferred to Christchurch a large tumor was discovered. Shortly after Archer underwent debulking and biopsies of the believed to be benign tumor. Unfortunately, biopsies have now confirmed a high-grade glioma.
Archer has since lost movement on his right arm and leg and now requires full-time care.
His prognosis is unknown but there is no current full cure for condition, only medications to help assist in symptom management and slow progression.
We are setting up this page to help ease the financial pressures and allow Archers family the time they need to focus on the best care possible for him.

Money raised will assist with palliative care for Archie as well as essential living expenses for Nathan and Victoria to ease some financial pressure while they navigate through this difficult time.

Our beautiful boy the morning before he deteriorated - so full of life and zest, so happy to be going to school with his friends and wearing the shoes he had so proudly paid for himself. He was so content and happy in life at this moment
