Help Archie live his best life!!!

    2020 has started off abit rough! We have just spent the last month in hospital! Archie has a horrible chest infection and was placed on airvo & oxygen. Since being on it, he is now unable to come off it so we are home now with a lot more machines and equipment to help him breathe comfortably! All donates will now be going towards making Archie comfortable, making our home as lovely as I can for him as he is pretty much home bound now! Thank you all for your support and donations!

  • Archie September 2019

    Lately Archie hasn’t been doing well, we have spent a lot of time in hospital in the last month! Archie liver levels are high unfortunately that’s apart of his condition. Archie’s breathing has also become worse, he has been fitting chest infections for the last couple of months. Hopefully now flu and cold season is over he can focus on recovering and enjoying New Zealand spring sunshine 🌞

  • Chest infection

    On Monday the 6th Archie started vomiting.. it all went down hill from then! Very fast! His temperature shot up to 40 and heart rate up to 190! We called the ambulance, we got to Ed he was having seizures so they gave him meds for that, they did an X-ray and found out Archie had a chest infection,we only spent one night in Icu and one night in child’s ward! The nurses and doctors were most impressed at our quick stay! Unfortunately due to this me and Archie are trying to find somewhere else to live, he needs the healthiest home he can get but I’ll keep you updated on that 😊

  • ED & ICU

    Hello lovely people! Unfortunately Archie has a fever causing more seizures that I was unable to control at home, Ed has given him a medication that means his breathing need close monitoring so we are in ICU again!! Hopefully we can get the fever under control! We are also trying to organise funding for a van so Archie can leave the house comfortably! Thank you all for your love and support through these hard times!

  • Trip to ICU & Starship

    Unfortunately Archie isn’t doing to well. We are in Tauranga hospital at the moment but will be heading to starship tomorrow to get a proper scan of Archie’s brain waves to see if he is having constant seizures or not! I will keep everyone updated but let’s all hope that the doctors have it wrong and he isn’t constantly seizing 🤞🏼
