Help Baby Kaizen & Family

Little Kaizen was born 8 weeks early on the 17/4. He has 3 older siblings at home, and me (his Mama) waiting for him. Unfortunately, being in two places at once is asking the impossible and travelling back and forth between hospital and home daily is becoming expensive very quickly. Being a 45 minute drive away, means after dropping the kids at school/kindy and getting to hospital - I am only able to be with Kaizen for 3-4 hours a day before having to leave again. As his Mama this is is breaking my heart and those of his siblings.

We were so hopeful he would be ready to come home now, and initially it looked like he may be able to, but now we are looking at a few more weeks at a minimum as the little guy is struggling to maintain his temperature, gain weight and as we’ve just realised - have his brain grow as it should be.

Any funds raised will be going toward the costs of gas, getting his two year old brother a few more hours at kindy, getting his school aged siblings into an after school care, ensuring that there is an ability to get a sitter in on the weekends if needed & also toward an Angel Care Sleep Monitor for once Kaizen is home - this will ensure his sleep space is always at the right temperature, and will track his movements and breathing so if there is a dip, I am aware of it (Sadly these monitors are upward of $450)
