Help Bearwolf get the surgeries she needs.

I've created this page for Bearwolf who is well known and loved throughout NZ. Bearwolf is a lovely dog and has been a friend to many. Recently her health has taken a drastic turn and she is in desperate need of vetinary care. Bearwolf still has plenty of life in her, and we believe it isn't her time yet and we are hoping with the help of friends we can improve her quality of life.

This Give A Little is to fund money for the surgeries she desperately needs and to contribute towards her prescribed medications.

Recently I privately funded with the help of friends $700 for Bearwolfs initial vet appointment where she was examined and diagnosed with arthritis, a cancerous lump in her nose, an abscess in her mouth which was caused by a broken tooth and a cancerous nipple.

With the funds previously raised I was able to buy Bearwolf her first round of Caprofen (pain meditcation), Antinol (Arthritis supplement) antibiotics, other short term medications as well a quote for the two separate surgeries she needs to undergo urgently.

I have been quoted $5000 for a minimum of 6 months worth of her ongoing medications alongside two separate surgeries.

After undergoing these surgeries & with her new meds the vets predict Bearwolf will be back in good health as well as pain & cancer free.
