Help Our friend bee cover her assailants initials tattooed onto her leg

In October 2020 bee was sexually assaulted at a party after having the assailant initials tattooed onto her thigh. Has been unable to afford to cover up this tattoo, and the constant reminder of the event marked on her skin is limiting her ability to fully recover and move on from the trauma.

My partner and I (her flatmates) would love to be able to surprise her with the ability to cover this up for Christmas and we would appreciate all the help we can get.
