Help Bodie-Wynter Reach Her Full Potential

Bodie is a happy, determined little girl with the biggest smile. She wants to explore the world, keep up with other kids and experience life with the same excitement as any little one. While her mind is ready for every adventure, her body has had to work much harder to get there.

At just 6 months old, Bodie was diagnosed with Potocki-Lupski syndrome, a rare genetic condition that affects her muscle tone, strength, coordination and development. Milestones that many kids reach naturally have taken months of hard work, patience and determination. Nothing has come easily, but Bodie continues to amaze us with her resilience.

For the past year, Bodie has attended weekly physiotherapy and occupational therapy. We have recently been given an incredible opportunity for Bodie to attend an intensive therapy program at the Centre of Movement in Rotorua. This specialised program is designed to help children like Bodie build strength, improve coordination and gain greater independence through intensive physiotherapy and occupational therapy.

The costs are significant and the funds raised will help cover Bodie's therapy, travel and accommodation, making this opportunity possible for our family.
