Help bring ethical, natural hydrogen to life with NZ’s first Auri Reactor lab — clean energy made the way nature intended.
Napier, Hawke's Bay
Hi, I’m Snow — a waste-management truck driver and former Senior Systems Engineer, from Hawke’s Bay trying to build something I believe can help both people and the planet.
Over the past year I discovered something incredible: the Earth makes clean hydrogen naturally, through a simple reaction between rock and water. No drilling, no fracking, no fossil fuels. Just quiet, natural chemistry.
That idea changed my life.
I realised we could copy this process safely above ground, to create a small, community-scale hydrogen system — The Auri Reactor — that makes clean fuel without harming the environment, and without huge electricity bills.
Imagine local energy that brings down the cost of living. Clean power for towns, marae, community hubs, farms and emergency centres. A carbon-negative technology that helps the Earth breathe again.
I’ve filed the provisional patent, built the early framework, and gained support from researchers — but now I need help to take the first real step: setting up a small lab in Hawke’s Bay to run the initial experiments.
Your support will help fund basic equipment, safety gear, materials and the first test setup. Every contribution helps turn this from an idea into something real for Aotearoa.
Thank you for believing early.
Snow
If the full amount isn’t raised, all funds will still support the Auri Project’s Phase 1 proof-of-concept — including essential equipment, safety gear, materials and premises costs. Funding will be scaled to fulfil priority needs.
