Help build the bEartha Compost Facility in Nelson!

Firstly, a huge THANK YOU to all of those who have responded to our call for support. We’ve received over $5k from 49 generous humans in the first week, for which we are deeply grateful.

We have completed site preparations today in line with our first milestone goal since the campaign began. We now have a perfectly levelled 6m x 2.5m foundation for bEartha to operate on, and a cleared site ready for the enclosed processing area to be installed.

This week we will be working with Kernohan Engineering and Lift N Shift to arrange the delivery of bEartha from the workshop to her new home. We’re hoping the stars align for this to happen this week, however these services are under extra pressure with flood recovery at the moment so we may have to be flexible.

Either way, we have plenty of work to do and look forward to updating you again next week.
