Help Callum get the dental surgery he needs!

Callum is a bright, cheerful 13 year old boy, living in Auckland's North Shore. He is in DESPERATE need of a dental surgery but it falls into a loophole of the Gov. Dental Fund and Southern Cross payment cover. Callum has Cerebral Palsy and other complicating factors that do not allow for this procedure to be done in a normal dental chair. A specialist surgeon is needed and so is sedation. Callum is usually covered by Southern Cross Health Insurance but this particular procedure falls "out of the scope" of their obligations. It is also not funded by the children's dental care of NZ. We as a family are in a panic because we have already taken out personal loans for his orthodontic needs and now we have to do this surgery before the orthodontist can proceed. This is our last hope of helping him get the dental care he needs before the school holidays so he is not in pain anymore. Any little bit would GREATLY be appreciated and will go directly to his treatment.
