Help Captains recovery journey

Hi my name is Captain, Im 14 years young and my new mummy found me on the street

I used to be in a loving home but my old mum couldnt keep me when she moved house because I would keep wandering back to our old home where I wanted to be, from there my old mum decided to give me to the new tenants because they wanted me, so my old mum said her goodbyes and let me be happy, but unfortunately when I started living there again my new owners decided that they didnt want me anymore so they rehomed me again without telling my old mum where I was ! From then on I wasnt looked after, left to fend for myself and not cared for and handed around to many hands that couldnt keep or feed me, after many months of not being fed properly and given away I found my way to my new mums driveway where I called out to her and she heard me and came to my aid. Im very thin, I'm a big boy but lack of food has made me malnourished, I was riddled with fleas and have worms so Im sickly. My new mum took me under her wing and has spent time grooming me, even bathing me even though I thought highly against it but she gave me treats after so all was forgiven, Im finally getting food in my belly and a stable diet so im always purring and I just love the cuddles so much, my new mum took me to the vet and I left her with a $446 bill! Oopsie. But mum didnt seem to mind as long as im healthy. I have left my mum out of pocket now and I may still need medication incase I have inside problems. Please help my mum 💗
