Help Chloe in her fight against Leukemia
Whangarei, Northland
Early in the new year, Chloe was helicoptered to Auckland hospital for urgent care with the heartbreaking diagnosis of Acute Myeloid Leukemia. She has just completed 10 days of Chemotherapy and is currently trying to get her immune system healthy as she is also battling infections.
Anyone who knows Chloe knows that she is the kindest person who loves life. She lives for her partner and their 7-year-old twins. They work very hard to support their family but this disease has derailed their lives and ability to work. They have some major costs that include having to replace the family car which is not able to get a wof, the extra costs involved in having to travel to Auckland hospital for Marlo all the time as well as the bills that keep piling up.
The help and support so many have given so far has been amazing and we can't thank you all enough. We are creating this Givealittle in the hopes of providing some financial support to Chloe as she goes through her treatments to fight this cancer and to help her family support her with that.
The family are so grateful to each one of you for all your kind donations and thoughtful messages of support.

The money raised will help to pay for petrol for trips to Auckland hospital, bills, and other necessities.
Update on Chloe Stenberg's progress.... 11 June 2022
The latest update on how our Chloe is doing; she has been at home for the past 3 weeks which is a huge reprieve after spending most of the last 5 months in hospital, enduring 4 rounds of chemotherapy. The most recent biopsy results including detailed ones from Australia were good with no signs of Leukaemia cells. From here out Chloe will be monitored closely with monthly blood tests and bone marrow biopsies every 3 months in Auckland. At the moment the focus is on settling back into home, resting and getting energy back and staying well. She has managed to have a few walks on the beach which is so awesome to be back surrounded by nature after all that time stuck in hospital and indoors. Being home with her wonderful family is priceless and her boys are over the moon to have their mum back. Chloe and her family would like to say a massive thankyou for all of the help and support throughout this time.
