We are staging a memorial concert for Chris under the Tauranga Harbour Bridge this Sunday with performances by some of his bands. Starting at 12pm. Come help us remember him.
With very heavy hearts we are saddened to announce the loss of our friend Chris in his battle with Colorectal Cancer yesterday morning. Our thoughts are with him and his partner, family and friends at this time.
Thank you very much for those who donated to Chris, as his health worsened in the last few weeks, he used some of your generous donations to travel back home to Tauranga to be closer to friends and family. He battled valiantly till the end to regain his health so the money you donated was also essential for him to get the vitamins and treatment he needed, you helped to maintain his hope.
The money left over will be donated to his partner Jess to help cover the costs for cremation. We thank you very much again for your generosity and love expressed for Chris.
