Help Christelle on her Journey to Recovery

My closest first cousin(the one of the right smiling), Christelle went to Melbourne for a research project 2 years ago. Unfortunately as she was crossing the traffic light an industrial truck ran her over, leaving her with a broken pelvic bone, fractures and a deformed foot... it’s been 2 years from now and the surgery on her foot was unsuccessful forcing her to have an amputation in the next coming months. Christelle is currently in Melbourne wit no substantial help from ACC or TAC. She is unable to work to make a living for herself (hasn’t worked for the last 2 years since the accident) as she is in constant pain and immobile. Christelle is barely getting by, she would benefit from some financial aid from her fellow kiwis. This money would help her so much to buy decent groceries (not just 2 min noodles), to pay her rent and therapy. Most importantly she would be able to be in the right mindset to focus on her recovery and mentally prepare her self for major life changing operation without having to worry about how she is going feed herself or pay for rent.

I love Christelle very much, she is pretty much like my older sister. She has always been there for me, even though she is currently struggling in her hardest moments. The least I can do for her is set this page up to make her life just a bit more easier to get by during her journey to recovery!
