After a lot of deliberating and difficult conversations, Mum has decided to get her CAR-T therapy in India. The price difference is significant, it will cost around $200,000 there, which is $160,000 less than it would be in China. India has also had positive remission rates.
It’s looking like it will be in early October. Unfortunately, during the planning process, tumours were found that she needs to have radiation therapy on at home before she can have her CAR-T.

A quick update:
After further research, consultations, quotes, and speaking with people who have previously undergone CAR-T treatment, Mum has discovered that India may be another possible option for her treatment.
There is still a lot to consider, and no decision has been made yet about where Mum will go. We simply wanted to keep everyone who has supported us updated and let you know that India is now another possibility on the horizon.
We will share an update once the official choice is made.
