To prevent Bill Johansson from creating more New Zealand victims.
Canterbury
I recently lost my retirement savings of $47,000.00 to a classic car dealer named Bill Johansson.
My inquiries revealed Bill has potentially been scamming people for 20 years, but no authority seems to be interested in stopping him. I have reported this to NZ police who seem less than interested.
I have also reported Bill to The Australian Federal Police, who responded: "The most appropriate area to report this matter is to your local Police in New Zealand".
Bill is a Kiwi. He has spent time in USA, then ended up in Australia where he is operating from now.

I simply cannot understand how he has been allowed to continue for 20+ years.
I setup a Facebook page called "Carr Scams" to warn people about Bill, and due to promoting that page I have been supplied with contact details for another 40+ kiwis who have been potentially scammed by Bill Johansson.
Everybody's money (including my own) is gone but I need to do whatever I can to prevent more people from being potentially scammed by Bill. The object of this fundraiser is not to recover lost funds but to prevent Bill from continuing to scam more innocent New Zealanders.
I have located an Expert who will provide the intelligence necessary to pursue Court action leading to a conviction.
The money will be used to pay an American based Expert who investigates scammers and provides evidence to support Court action in Australia, and any extra will go to support legal fees to gain a conviction.
