Help Damian's Family Through Redundancy & Health Struggles

Hi, I'm Damian, a kiwio who for the past 5 years, I worked as a Hotel GM in Hong Kong until I was made redundant earlier this year due to my company’s restructuring. Since then, I’ve been actively searching for work in Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong, but without success. To stretch our savings, we relocated temporarily to the Philippines, but our financial situation is now critical.

In addition to caring for our own family of 5, we are also caring for my wife’s elderly parents. My wife is unable to work due to chronic illness, including acute hypertension and an unstable aneurysm. I am the sole provider, but our mounting medical and school expenses have become overwhelming. We also have no one in a financial position to ask for assistance.

I’m hoping to relocate our family back to Australia or New Zealand, where my wife can receive the proper medical care she needs. While I continue searching for work in hospitality, I plan to work in the ride-share industry to support my family.
