Daniel needs funds for a lawyer to see his son
Auckland
Kia ora Koutou,
I'm Daniel's partner Stacie. For the past 3 years Daniel has been in the family court trying to get shared custody of his 4 year old son. Since October last year he has been able to see his son less than 5% of his court appointed hours (roughly 2-3 hours A MONTH!). Sometimes Dan has had to fund visits himself while paperwork has had to be organised. As you can imagine this has caused Dan a lot of stress and heartache. He has been self represented for a lot of this battle. Due to having legal appointments and courses to be prepared for family court Dan has has to put his business on hold.
Many of you will have seen Dan at charity or volunteer events raising money for mental health awareness, I am hope, Every child needs a family, Kidz need Dads, beach conservation & clean up days and For all the brothers events. He would give away the last dollar in his account if he thought it was for a good cause. I thought that this page could show him that people are willing to support him in his time of need. We're preparing for family court and it's becoming more and more evident that we need to find a lawyer as passionate about Father's rights and children's rights as Daniel is. If you could help out in anyway it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks so much,
Stacie

They also said we can take the kids once the court stuff is settled. The truck will live it's new life as a Zombie apocalypse car!
