Help Debbie cover costs for voluntary medical missionary work in Fiji giving free medical care to Suva's most vulnerable.

Oropi, Bay of Plenty Region

I'm going on my first volunteer medical mission trip where I will be helping with eye tests, blood pressure checks and assisting nurses throughout the nearby clinics offering free medical checks and care for the most vulnerable.

Because of petrol prices etc the cost to go is quite high so I'm fundraising to help cover these costs seeing as I won't be paid for my work there.

To get to Fiji -return airfare $1150

Modest accommodation and meals $350 for a week at YWAM Suva

Ensures Debbie can join the YWAM team to do the volunteer work needed to help provide free medical care to some of the most vulnerable locals.

I recall visiting Suva a couple of years ago, and saw the poverty and beggars. We took 2 young women (prostituting we think) to lunch and shared Jesus with them. You are Jesus hands and feet Debbie. A worthwhile mission. God Bless you.
