Help Ele get to women's Worlds

Glory to God!

I have been selected rep NZ at IBA Women’s World Boxing championships in India 15-31 March 2023!

For those that know me - I had my first bout back in 2018 and in 2019 after seeing Uila head off to Olympic trials I set a goal to experience at least one international bout!!!

It’s taken a while but so thankful to get this opportunity!!!!

Unfortunately this trip is self funded with an estimated cost of $4500.00

I’m hoping to seek any assistance to fundraise for the costs associated such as: flights, accommodation, food and training while overseas.

Our team sets off mid March looking forward to heading over with an awesome team of girls and coaches!

Any contribution big or small will be greatly appreciated and remembered.

Ele was born and raised in Mangere East, South Auckland. She’s extremely proud of her home town and upbringing.

She is a current serving soldier in the New Zealand Army.

She is a Physical Training instructor by trade (NZAPTC) previously posted to Burnham Military camp and currently posted in the Auckland Region.

She enjoys her role as a trainer with the joys of working in her hometown close to family.

Ele fights out of Mayhem boxing team at middleweight 70kg-75kg and will look to represent all that she is at the championships.

Ele is the fiancé of 2022 Commonwealth Super heavy weight Bronze medalist Uila Mauu.

Together they work to achieve their boxing success - now it is her time to take the world stage!
