Help Emma become a Strength Coach

It has been a dream of mine for the past 10 years when I first found out my Clifton Top 5 strengths while being a youth leader at Papanui Baptist Youth Group. Ever since then I have been super passionate about it. It was the first test I had done that helped me to really understand why I am the way I am and not put me in box like some personality tests do. I have gone on to find out all of my strengths and had coaching for this. It is something that has really helped shape the professional and the individual that I am today. My top 5 strengths are Developer, Empathy, Belief, Connectedness and Individualization. I believe having this training will be an asset to my counselling career as I continue to work with people and endeavor to empower young people to realise their full potential.

I decided this year to step out in faith and set out to achieve this dream of becoming a Strength Coach and have been accepted into the coaching training in Wellington in June. However, it is a very expensive course that is hard to fund myself working part time while I establish my Counselling Private Practice, so I would love the help of anyone who would like to support me to achieve this dream. Whether it is the price of a coffee for the week or a big investment. Every bit is appreciated and would mean the world to me.

I love working with people as a counsellor and believe that becoming a Strength Coach would be a great asset to this. CliftonStrengths has helped me not only understand myself better but helped me to deeper understand others.
