Help Evan meet his descendants

Evan returned home after 37 yrs in England a broken man following the breakdown of his second marriage.

Severely depressed and suicidal , his Sister had read between the lines of their communications and went to visit for xmas 2012 and confirming her fears she almost kidnapped him and brought him home with her in Feb 2013.

Things were looking good now retired living in the winterless north until a few weeks ago when blood in his urine caused a drs visit and three weeks later following medical inspections and interventions he was told it's not a kidney stone you have inoperable terminal bladder cancer with a life expectancy of 12/15 months.

So he is trying to get fit to get through radiation therapy then return to UK to spend remaining time with his kids and their offspring as he has 2 grandsons and 2 ggkids he hasnt met.

Please help him achieve this goal and give generously.
