    The messages that are being received are absolutely humbling. From around the country and across the world people are reaching out to send words of love, hope and good wishes to those in Cyclone ravished areas. For this we thank you these kind wishes and generous offers of support are helping to re-build our rural areas. We have supported the launch of the Farmy Army and will continue to do so.

  • Funding Allocations

    The Farmers Adverse Events Trust continues to assess recovery needs and will ensure donations are put to the best use possible for recovery. The Trustees again thank you for your generosity and will post future updates as funding in allocated.

  • Initial funding allocated

    The Trust would like to thank all of those that have made donations to help with the massive recovery job we have ahead of us. The Trust will be supporting flights into areas with no road access, to assist with delivering to the needs of these communities. The Trustees want this to signal to these isolated communities that we are thinking of them and we care. The Trust is also supporting the Farmy Army to ensure these volunteer helpers have the right materials to assist so they can hit the ground running when the response phase ends and recovery truly starts.

  • New Target Set

    Our original target has been meet and we sincerely thank all the generous donors that have contributed so far. We have made the decision to increase our target as we are aware there are still many people out there wanting to donate and those in the affected areas will be need all the help they can get for the weeks, months and years ahead.
