Help for a beautiful, kind hearted friend in Bali

These are difficult times for all of us around the world right now. Most of us are in lockdown, all the borders have closed and there is no more travel.

My partner Jonathan and I are some of the lucky ones as we can continue with a little online work. Just enough to keep us afloat while we live in our caravan parked outside my sister's house in New Zealand. We were living as full time house and pet sitters until that was no longer an option.

I love to travel the world and make new friends where ever I go and one of those special friends is Nengah who lives in Bali. As a woman driver and tour guide her business completely relies on tourism and being able to give other women from around the world the best travel experiences! She's the kind of person you befriend instantly thanks to her bubbly, genuine personality and her huge heart. She always went out of her way to look after me and so many other travellers. I later went back a second time with my family and she treated us all as her own family and made us feel so at home! I've recommended her to travelling friends and she took care of them with just as much love and care.

She also got involved in my social enterprise Colour Our Story www.colourourstory.com that supports children through the sharing of colouring in books made by children for children all around the world. She's helped deliver our books and creative supplies to kids around Bali, sometimes at her own cost, and continues to work hard as a translator for the books.

She has 3 of her own beautiful young kids to support, which has now become impossible, but she is deserving of our help!! She is fiercely independent, motivated and passionate about her work and one day travellers will return to Bali to enjoy all the incredible, magical things about her home. Please help me to help her until that is possible again.
