To help an injured Police Officer.
Auckland
Around 8pm on Wednesday 9th November 2022 a Police Officer in Manukau attempted to stop a fleeing vehicle by laying road spikes. The Officer was struck by the fleeing driver and suffered serious injury. The Officer was admitted to hospital in a critical condition and has undergone extensive surgery.
The long road to recovery is still ahead for this Officer and their family.
Blue Line Banter New Zealand is a comedy page for Police and Emergency Services in New Zealand.
Blue Line Banter New Zealand have chosen not to name the Officer out of privacy to the family and to ensure no laws are breached with the up coming trial. We ask that you do the same.
Blue Line Banter NZ has been in contact with the family of the Officer through a middleman who is liaising with the family and BLBNZ.
We are asking for any donation, no matter how small to help the Officer and their family with any costs that may arise.
The donations can then be used to cover the unexpected costs, like comfortable fitting clothing for the Officer that doesn’t hurt their injuries, or rails around the house to aid in mobility. Essentially where ACC doesn’t cover, your donations will help.
Your message will be displayed on the page and emailed to the donor.
Your new message will also be emailed to the donor.
