Fred was hit by a car and needs $1000 surgery to avoid being put down. His adopted family are devastated they cant afford the surgery.

I have a gorgeous friend Laura who is a mum with 4 beautiful young kids. She loves animals and is always ready to help an animal in need. This teenage cat (now called Fred) turned up at her house and made it quite clear he was staying. He is super friendly and cuddly. Unfortunately he was hit by a car 2 days ago and now needs $1000 worth of surgery to avoid being put down. Her kids are devastated as they have become very attached. However with light at the end of the tunnel, Alex Hicks from Vets 4 Pets has agreed to do the surgery and try and obtain funding to cover it. This vet is AMAZING! He is always helping out stray animals and people that cant afford to fix their very sick animals. The animals come first and the money is a definite second. So I want to help them both out. Please help this cat to survive, and this vet to continue his amazing service.

I am a friend of Laura, who took in a stray teenage cat that was then hit by a car. She took it to the emergency Vet statight away. She wants to keep the cat as her 4 kids have fallen in love with it, but she cant afford the expensive surgery. The vet is amazing and helps out loads of stray animals, so i want to help out the vet and my friend by getting some funds to help with the surgery and ongoing surgeries.

Use of funds

The funds will be paid directly to the vet (Alex Hicks from Vets 4 Pets New Plymouth) to cover the surgery and medical costs of saving Fred.
