My name is Sydney, and for many years, I’ve wanted to improve my voice to better express myself and feel more confident in my daily interactions. This surgery will help me communicate more comfortably and authentically with less pain and difficulties while speaking. It’s a significant step toward embracing my full self and happiness. The procedure will be with Dr. Vokes in Auckland. I’m reaching out to my community for support to help cover the costs. Your support means the world to me, and I will update you after the procedure. Use of funds

Funds go toward an initial consultation with Dr Vokes, which is $815–$945 (including a videostroboscopy/camera to assess my vocal cords). From there, the voice surgery is approximately $30,000. If the total goal isn't met, any funds raised will still be used to cover a portion of these medical costs, and I will post a page update as things progress.
