Help get Coach Rosie CrossFit Kids Certified!!!
I have no doubt you will all already know how passionate Rosie is about coaching kids & teens. She goes above and beyond, helping them achieve not just in their training, but building their self esteem and confidence and helping them to achieve in all other areas of life!
Over the past month our coaches at Howick have all completed a Practical Coaching Test with us, as well as their First Aid Certification, and have been working on identifying their own goals for coaching and training and where they would like to upskill and develop further.
Rosie would love to do her CrossFit Kids Certification, which I think is a great goal and she has our support 100% For the Kids Certification to be recognised as a coaching certificate (and not as a certificate of attendance), Rosie first needs to complete her CrossFit Level 1. Both of these courses cost $1000 USD and further to that, the Kids Course is only ever offered in Australia!
Our fundraising target for this most worthy goal is $3500, to pay for both certifications, as well as travel costs to Australia.
All proceeds from the upcoming Pairs Competition will be donated to the fundraising effort, there will also be a bake sale, and silent auction. Last but not least we will be setting up a givealittle page. If you have any other awesome fundraising ideas, please let us know. Both courses are in August.
The time, care and coaching Rosie gives our kids and teens will help them not just in the immediate but also in the long term future, and we think this is an awesome intestment. Any help for our fundraising effort is very much appreciated!
Each CrossFit course is US$1000, and in addition, the kids course is only ever offered in Australia.
The fundraising will cover the cost of both CrossFit courses and also travel to and from Australia.
