Fundraising for Cole to attend the London International Youth Science Forum.
Manawatu / Whanganui
My name is Cole Campbell and I am a year 13 student from Waiopehu College in Levin. I have recently been selected to attend the London International Youth Science Forum (LIYSF), which is a two week residential course where 500 students aged 16-21 years old from more than 70 countries around the world attend.
The LIYSF is held annually at Imperial College London and The Royal Geographical Society, with visits to institutions such as Oxford and Cambridge, plus many more world leading facilities.
Unfortunately this is no cheap feat. All told, there is a cost of around $10,000 NZD. So, I am reaching out for help. Anything you can spare, no matter the amount, will be immensely appreciated. Seriously, I cannot thank you enough.
This is one of the many ways I will be fundraising for this amazing opportunity.
As I am under 18 years old, the funds raised are going into my mother Jo's bank account.
The money raised will go towards the LIYSF fee, which includes accommodation, meals, lectures and more, and then also flights, day trips during the Forum, plus many more littles things such as travel insurance, travel to/from the airports etc.
