I've been selected for LIYSF, a global science forum, and need help raising $10,000 to attend. Any support means the world to me!
Onekawa, Napier
My name is Emily Lloyd. I am deputy head girl of Tamatea High School, and i have recently been selected to attend the London International Youth Science Forum. This prestigious event selects only 500 students from 80 countries, offering an opportunity to engage in cutting-edge scientific discussions, attend lectures from world-renowned scientists—including Nobel Prize winners—and gain hands-on experience in top research and innovation. It is held at London Imperial college and includes visits to University of Oxford, Cambridge, and leading UK research centres.
Such a unique opportunity does come with a cost, of approximately $10,000. which covers travel, accommodation, and participation fees. While I’m incredibly grateful to have been selected, funding this experience is a challenge, and I’m reaching out for support to help make it possible.
Any contribution, whether financial or in another form, would mean the world to me and bring me closer to attending LIYSF. Every bit of support helps, and I’d be truly grateful for any assistance you can provide. Thank you for considering being part of this journey!
The funds will cover travel, accommodation, and participation fees for LIYSF.
Funds will be paid to my mother, Nicky.
