Help get me to the World ParaDarts World Championships and World Masters in England

Hi, my name is Patrick. I am a paraplegic and in a wheelchair following a motorcycle accident in 2016. As you can imagine, at 46 years of age it was a real life changer. It's not just a case of not being able to walk, there is so much more to it than that. I struggle with severe nerve pain, along with several other ongoing medical issues. Not to mention the mental struggle.

In 2019 I was introduced to the sport of darts, in particular paradarts. Same rules as normal darts, just with a slightly lower dartboard height. I've taken to it like a duck to water, and it has also helped enormously with my mental health and helps distract me from the constant nerve pain.

Last year I participated in the World ParaDarts World Trophy in Belgium, representing New Zealand in the both the singles and also with a fellow Kiwi wheelchair player in the pairs. The two of us also played as part of a World Team in the teams event, with two standing disabled players, one from Belgium and one from Malta.

Recently I received an invitation to attend the World Paradarts World Championships and also the World Masters, both in England in December 2023. But I will need help to get there and so am looking for funding to help with the cost of the flights and accommodation. Any donations will be greatly appreciated to help reach my goal of getting to England.
