Help our Taranaki Hip Hop crew on their world championship campaign.

Taranaki, New Plymouth District

"The Society" is a group of 24 Dancers made up of Rangatahi from around the Taranaki Maunga.

In April this year, we went to HHI NZ nationals in Tamaki Makaurau (Auckland) and placed 3rd in the Junior Varsity Megacrew division. This has qualified them to represent New Zealand at the Hip Hop International World championships in Phoenix, Arizona in August this year. To get them there it's going to cost about $6000 per dancer, a grand total of $156.000.

We are doing lots of fundraising, sponsorship, and events and during a recent TV interview on TVNZ Breakfast we were asked, "Why not start a Give a little page".

Use of funds

Travel costs, uniforms, transport in Phoenix.
