Harvey is an amazing little Shih Tzu who is dearly loved by his two kid siblings Ariella and Cameron. Unfortunately Harvey's medical bills for his ongoing skin and ear issues are becoming inhibitive for his family and they cannot afford the over $500 per month that is required to keep him in good health. Harvey has a lovely nature but is constantly uncomfortable due to ongoing and recurring fungal and bacterial infections
