Please help with whatever you can to provide a better infra-structure to an indigenous village in Brazil!
Bay of Plenty
We know how indigenous people have been discriminated and marginalized around the world. The Amaral - Tekoa kuriy village is the home of some of the few Guarani people left in Brazil.
The funding will be used as per bellow:
After talking to the native chief - the 'cacique' said that many of the construction have stopped due to the lack of resources. They need to build veggie gardens, communal kitchen area and bathrooms. They also need to build a waste station due public garbage trucks only goes in the village once per month to pick up the rubbish.
Any amount you can donate will be of great appreciation and will make so much difference for them!
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you would like to follow the development of the village as I'm happy to share some pictures.
Akuydjevete! Gratitude from the heart!
I was born and raised in Brazil, but have been living in New Zealand for the last ten years. I wish to help this village for knowing the lack of support they receive in Brazil and for knowing the importance to keep their traditions alive.
This money will be spent to finish the communal kitchen area and to start a veggie garden. Any surplus exceeded will be directed to build the waste station and bathrooms.
