Help Jack do The Lightning Process

Hey!

I’ve never been shy about my mental health struggles. Over the past 4 years, I’ve had multiple suicide attempts and even more hospital admissions. My battles have been crippling, most recently causing me to drop out of school and I’ve had enough. I’ve had regular therapy but that’s not quite been the solution for me.

When the prospect of the Lightning Process was brought to my attention, it immediately sounded like something that would be beneficial in my health journey. After more digging, I’ve found a course that will be run in Christchurch this December, but it is expensive and I’d really appreciate some help getting there.

This course will not only greatly help my well-being, but also that of my friends and family.
