Help Jack continue getting the treatment he needs ❤

Update on Jack:

In Dec 2020 Jack started forgetting things and his behaviour started to deteriorate. In Jan 2021 his memory was shot...he couldn't tell you what an ice cream or strawberry was let alone remember people. He also began having seizures...first it was 1 a day then a few days break before the next...within 2 weeks there were multiple a day, and then they began at night as well. He was admitted to hospital and spent a few weeks there while they tried to stop seizures and ran all sorts of tests. He got drugged with huge amounts of anti seizure meds. And in feb they finally stopped.

His test results are all back now after three months! They all point in different directions so nothing ruled in and nothing ruled out 100%. Unfortunatly that means we're back to square 1 and the tests have all started again, lumbar puncture being the first last week. He handled it like a star as per usual!

HOWEVER... I spent months trying to convince the doctors to try CBD oil and 5 weeks ago they agreed! The only downside is the price, it's not funded so is costing $500 a fortnight! It is totally worth it all.

He reacts terribly to the anti seizure drugs... headaches, nausea, exhausted, anger, suicidal talk (all at 7/8 years old!!) Which ment he couldn't start school at the start of 2021 with his friends. They tried to stop these with sedatives which then left us with a kid wanting to fall asleep by lunchtime on the floor! Nothing was ideal. We lost the Jack we all knew and loved to a shell of a human being.

A week after we started CBD I asked if we could wean off the anti seizures and raise the CBD... let's see if we can control seizure with this natural product and stop the poison...

5 weeks later...he has his last dose of epilim last night so as of today he is 100% CBD oil!! The CBD is doing exactly what we need, whilst giving us our Jack back.

Now we wait.. again, for more results. But in the mean time he is happier, healthier and himself! And can tell us what ice cream is!!!

The past few months have been horrendous. Hes struggled, cried, forgotten who he is and been miserable. There been lots of tears but our friends have saved the day!

Heres hoping for some answers and an end to all of this soon!!! ♡

To top all this off Craig has just broken his leg in a work accident.
