Janine and Amelia had a serious car accident on the 20th December. They were heading home when a driver crashed into them head on. Amelia luckily walked away. Janine however has suffered lifelong and life altering injuries. She is still in hospital undergoing many procedures to get her back to everyday life.

Use of funds
Funds will be used to cover costs that ACC don’t cover such as travel from Paeroa to Hamilton. Barry (Janine's husband) has also had his hours cut at work and with it being this time of year, finances are a struggle for this family.
