In a tragic accident, Rod Mcpherson passed away suddenly leaving behind his heartbroken wife Jaqs, their children Sam & Ben and his beautiful grandchildren.
Rod was a pillar of the community throughout the Rangitaiki Plains. Hugely admired, respected and universally liked; his tragic passing is felt widely across the district and further afield. An inspiration and mentor to many, a great mate and much loved friend.
Rod and Jaqs were an incredible team and had just embarked on the second chapter of their lives. This fundraiser is a practical opportunity for those who were touched by Rod's warmth and humility to donate something towards Jaqs on her journey moving forward, as she adjusts to her 'new normal'.
