Hi, my name is Jason,

I am reaching out for Support in Reclaiming my Independence.

Due to Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) In my Right Leg / Non weight bearing since 2023, Onset of ulnar nerve compression in my left arm, & ongoing knee instability in my left knee, my ability to travel freely has become increasingly difficult.

life has completely changed!

I am on crutches 24/7

These conditions severely impact my mobility, limiting my ability to complete the easiest of tasks, Hobbies or Interests and engage with my community.

Regaining Independence is a Mobility Scooter, Vehicle with Hand Controls & other Mobility Aids.

These crucial modifications ensure safe & accessible transport.

These tools will allow me to reconnect with loved ones, manage tasks, & maintain my independence without the constant struggle.

My loyal companion, Bella, (White Swiss Shepherd) has been by my side for over 6 years, providing comfort & support. However, my mobility challenges have made it increasingly difficult to care for her as I use to, Walks, Grooming & Maintaining her routine.

These mobility solutions would help me ensure Bella receives the care she deserves while allowing us to continue sharing meaningful moments together.

My claim for a Mobility Scooter~declined. Further ACC assistance limited / capped.

Approved’ are 6 driving lessons with hand controls.
