  • Just over 2 Weeks until Mexico!!

    Hi everyone,

    Jeena and I just wanted to create a FB Group page where everyone who has supported us so far can stay in the loop while we are in Mexico.

    It is approaching very quickly, with just over two weeks before we make the trip. We fly out on the 19th of November, and I will make updates to our FB group page when I can.

    Please understand if we don't manage to reply to messages or comments, either way we really appreciate your support throughout this process xx

      Ayurvedic Treatment has been a game-changer for managing my MS symptoms.     Hi everyone, we are really sorry we have left you all hanging for so long with what is happening with Jeena's HSCT in Mexico... and it's safe to say, after all the trials and tribulations with delays, setbacks, Covid, Delta, and borders shutting down- 'Yes!' we are finally heading to Mexico!! We have booked in for the 22nd of November. At this stage it's just the waiting game until then, but we will keep you all updated on here and our FB page closer to the date. Again thank you all for your support

  • Covid-19 Update

    Unfortunately the Covid-19 pandemic has reduced the value of the NZ dollar so the cost of treatment has increased by about $15,000 at this point, and due to flight restrictions we have had to postpone the treatment date a further 6 months. Thankfully this give us more time to raise the extra money we need. We've decided to change our goal to 'open' because we know we won't be able to raise all the money we need, but every dollar is one we don't need to worry about so we thought we'd just leave it open. Thanks to everyone who has donated already, we are so grateful for every single donation!

  • We're nearly there!!

    We've had some amazing luck and private contributions from lotto, and an organisation that wishes to remain anonymous and Jeena's parents have pulled together what they can!! So we are super excited to announce that out of the $100,000 we only need another $7000!!

    We are so grateful to everyone who has contributed and helped make this dream become a reality, and are in complete disbelief that this is actually happening.

    We have even been able to book the treatment for the 6th of July!

    I wanna add a huge shoutout to Hamish for shaving his beautiful 'Orlando Bloom' locks for us to help us make it to the finish line!! What a legend! Thank you

  • Fundraiser Update: New target- $70000

    Hi everyone!! I hope you're all having a great xmas break. Jeena and I just wanted to post an update on a few things.

    We are grateful to those who have made private donations which will not put through the givealittle page to reduce the fees from the page. Our new target goal is $70000.

    On another note, thank you Jared (my brother) for donating his Go-Kart for our raffle. It was a huge success and we made $2100.

    With this in mind we have now raised $19,000 YIPEEEE MEXICO HERE WE COME

    Woohoo we have officially reached $10,000 in 25 days.

    Again so much love for the Department of Corrections!! We really appreciate the donations from the bake sale, mufti days- (Every Friday)and the regular and ongoing raffles. These have really helped us get to where we are now.

    Also thank you Grant for you large donations, we have noticed your top up's to get us to targets :) We are so grateful!

  • UPDATE

    So far we have fundraised more than enough money for return flights for two to Mexico, WOOHOO. What an unexpected achievement in such a short amount of time!!

    We would like to thank all those who have shown their support towards Jeena's cause either by donating or sharing the link. We are absolutely amazed by the kind thoughtful words, and the amount of generosity given.

    A huge shout-out to the family members, friends, and the Department of Corrections for their support and organisation of upcoming fundraisers on Jeena's behalf. We will keep you updated with upcoming events.
