Help Jo with the fight of her life

    I want everyone to know that I continue to be well and am still stable on the treatment I started in June last year.

    Pharmac reviewed the funding application for daratumumab in April and announced that "there is no pathway to funding daratumumab under our current financial constraints".

    So, I hope there will be additional funding from the govt in the budget later in May 🙏

    In the meantime, when I relapse, I will be able to use the money you have so kindly donated to start treatment on dara.

    For which I'm so grateful!

    My bloods continue to be pretty stable and no changes to my current treatment are needed 😊Massive thanks to everyone who has donated to my campaign.

    You've given me assurance that future treatment will be attainable!

    The donations and messages of support from people who have never met me and those from my past and present have truely blown me away.

    I just can't thank you enough!

    My bloods are currently stable and with your help, I have hope that purchasing daratumumab will be possible when the current treatment stops working.

    Jo has asked me to once again thank everyone for their suupport.

    She is doing ok on her current mix of old chemo drugs, cobbled together to hold the myeloma until she can access dara.

    And is stunned and humbled by the generosity you have all shown.
