    Meet at Mountfort Park, Weymouth between 8:30 8:50 and leaving mountford park at 9am We'll ride in together as one group.

    At this stage, we'll be escorting Julien from his home in Weymouth to his service in Māngere at 11:00am. There may also be an escort after the service, but we're waiting on the family's decision and will update everyone as soon as we know.

    Let's give Julien the send-off he deserves and make this a day his family will never forget. Ride safe, and see you all there. 🫡

    We need as many bikes as possible to help give a young fella the send off he truly deserves.

    Sadly, many of you will now know that Julien, our gentle giant, gained his wings on the 3rd of July after a courageous battle with cancer. He was only 17 years old far too young, with so much life still ahead of him.

    If you're able to make it, please reach out to me. We will be escorting him from Manurewa to Māngere.

    Let's come together as one riding community and give Julien the respectful farewell he deserves.

  • FINALLY AT PEACE AND A TIME TO SHARE THE GOOD TIMES OF JULIAN LIFE❤️

    Morena whanau and friends. Yesterday was definitely one of the biggest challenged days that our gentle giant had Yesterday. Son developed a new pain and it was the worst I have seen him so far through this journey poor son developed blood in his urine and a lil blood clot which was causing excruciating pain for him . He was waking everytime he felt like he needed to pee screaming like he was in labor and all I could do was just try to comfort him but it was unbearable as a mum hearing yr son cry in so much pain and not been able to do anything is heart breaking. When my husband got here it was a relief. Son was crying for his dad .

    So our gentle giant ended up having "Hemorrhagic Cystitis" had a lil surgery to help flush his bladder out and make him feel alot more comfortable since his surgery all he has been doing a sleeping and resting which we want so he can heal. I was on edge all night trying to sleep worried I was going to get a phone call from PICU to come down to son but praise. God he had son through the night.

    Thank you everyone for having sons Back and ours supporting us through sons journey you guys have all kept us going to keep moving forward with sons race to the finish line ..

    Today is a new day son. You have got this and We are so winning no giving up now sonson xx

  • SUPPORT JULIAN FAMILY WITH THE LOSS OF THERE SON FIGHTING HIS LEUKEMIA

    The plans have now changed. The funds from Julian Givealittle page will now go towards his family. Julien took his last breath and passed away this morning at 9:15am. Your support will go a long way to help there family with the loss of there loving son. A son with courage and the love for his mum by his side and his families support❤️

    You put up the fight son. God gave us a warrior and we gave him back a soilder 9.12 am Julien Hagaitoa took his last breath. This was the message I received on Facebook this morning. The funds from his Givealittle page will now go towards his family to in there time of need. I would just like to thank all those who have donated to help Julian on his journey. Your love and support will never be forgotten. Our love and prayers goes out to Julian and there family. He will away be remembered as the man with the courage to fight leukemia and the love for his family❤️

  • PLEASE PREY FOR OUR SON JULIEN

    Earlier this morning i got a phone call from hubby as he spend the night with son , son had taken a not so good turn. So we all headed in to hospital for the worst meeting ever to decide what was our plan.. Sau and I had to make one of the worst decisions we have ever had to make in our whole entire life..

    Sons lungs are scared and he is already struggling to breathe and it had got worse even tho he was put onto a different oxygen mask on Friday... sons body is so so tiered that him on the mask as well as working so hard we decided to put our Gentle Giant Julien Hagaitoa on a oxygen tube. We both stayed with son while the doctors did their procedure i held sons hand ..

    I promise son I tried to be strong I really did and we know you are strong you need to heal while u sleep son. Seeing our son like this and seeing my other son's Tyrese and Kasey Hagaitoaharrison cry and hug their lil brother absolutely breaks us as parents. Please everyone keeping praying for our Baby I know he has got this hes been putting up the fight thank u to everyone for praying and supporting us if definitely means the world's to us right now xx

  • TODAY IS A NEW DAY AND SOME GOOD NEWS

    Today is a new day aye son. He slept well during the night and everything is good .. yesterday son got into a hoist to lift him off the bed to take his weight he did so well and we were so happy with his weight still a lil bit of fluid to come off but we are moving in the right direction. Pain meds will start to get weaned off and sedation so we can start to see our REAL son again our happy boy seeing him on so many drugs hes just not himself but we are happy that hes comfortable and not in pain ...

    White cell count today is 4.8 choooooo lets go 💪 so yr body is healing son 🙌 xx

    At 1pm today we will be in the hoist again to lift son into a chair to sit up big big achievements and we knew you could do this son through all the pain and riding the wave and crawling in yr race 🏁 we are getting there ... No giving up now baby boy xx

  • FIGHTING A LUNG INFECTION

    At this moment I am in absolute tears and so scared for son.This infection on his lungs hes really struggling to breathe, trying to keep the faith but it's so freaking hard we have so many wins and then we have the set backs and this set back.

    In the next few hours we will find out which option that sons oncology team will decide all in the best interest for son but just hate seeing son like this its so so heart breaking please whanau pray for our son❤️

    Heading into starship shortly to see our gentle giant hes been with dad on Friday and nan Karen Shaw last night xx been on vid chat with Julien and hes is looking awesome whanau we are getting there hes been smiling and laughing with us and even cracking funny jokes so hes definitely getting better on the way and up aye son xx chooooooo let's go and let's do this 💪💪 will see u soon sonny then we can laugh more and Crack some jokes 😃 xxx 🎗🧡🫶💪 riding the wave to the finish line 🏁🏁

    You did it son Julien Hagaitoa , we did it we are there and I am so so happy 😊 right now . Son is still in ICU but everything is moving in the right direction 🙌🧡💪.. everyday is a new day for son some days are good and some days are bad but the news today from yr doctor's was flipping awesome broke down in tears 😭🥹🥹 of happiness and relief sons whitecell count today is 1.38 the highest since yr bone marrow transplant and this is what we have been waiting for aye my son xx means that Kasey Hagaitoaharrison cells are working they are graphing with yrs and you did it son u got there.. through all the set backs, endless temperatures, on going blood transfusions and platelet transfusions, endless meds and allergy reactions to meds the pain 😢 the rashes that are raw , yr skin peeling , oxygen on 24/7 and been hooked up to a kidney dialysis machine for nearly 2 weeks and still on going you pulled through son , God had you every step of the way held you and kept you in his arms to keep u strong 💪 to put up the good fight xx still baby steps praying 🙏 everyday that we get out of icu and back up to yr team on level 7 at starship .. son is really missing his nurses and doctors upstairs he loves the nurses coming in for chats or whats the Tea goss for the day lol 😆 xx

    Thank you everyone for supporting our Gentle Giant having him and our whanau in yr prayers we really appreciate everyone near and far you guys have kept us going so thank u from the bottom of our hearts 💕

  • RECOVERING AFTER MY BONE MARROW SURGERY

    Morena whanau and friends. So yesterday was not a good day for son baby steps forward to progress as the day before he was doing a lil better then yesterday loads of steps back. I have never cried so much in my whole entire life watching my son in so much pain its breaking us. Not been able to control any situations, having to step back as a mum and dad & put trust into everyone its hard mentally as a mum we're so used to doing everything for our tamariki definitely something I have had to learn and still learning to accept the fact of putting trust into others with my son . We're still waiting on neutrophils white blood cells to come through and once that one cell comes in we will be jumping for joy that is what son needs to help him heal from all the rawness in his mouth ulcers and everything else that is going on with his body so praying for neutrophils so bad so his body can start to heal and son will get so much better.

    Julien Hagaitoa brothers have been struggling to come into see him as they mentally can't cope with seeing their lil brother in this situation and Julien also said he didn't want to see them bcuz he knew it would get him emotional but his brother showed up last night Kasey Hagaitoaharrison was a very emotional moment thank you son for coming i really really appreciate you for showing up for yr brother regardless you putting your feelings to the side and you came thank you to Charles Faine Hagaitoa thank you.

    I'm back at Starship Hospital with my Bubba Julien for the night. He's doing ok 👍 Transplant day is next Wednesday. Brother Kasey is donating on the Tuesday. So happy that Kasey is a match.
