Help Kahu Duff make ends meet and pay for medical and other expenses

Kia Ora whanau, on the 28th of April 2025 Kahu Duff (My dad) aged 52 went to the hospital purely because of the excruciating stomach pain he had for over 3 years that Te Kaika was telling him that pretty much pain killers will do the job. Just to find out that he got hit with the big C word. Yes Cancer which got sprung on him so quickly he couldn’t wrap around his head around the fact on how will he pay all his bills and everything that needs paying plus all his prescriptions etc. On Friday the 16th of May 2025, the nurses gathered around and informed Kahu that he has 2-3 months left to make memories but as we all know he is a strong and a fighter and will push and at most has been given a year. Very heartbreaking news to know and hear that a very loved father, brother, best friend etc is going through such a hard time and feels at his worst and as always try’s to do his best to make ends meet and go the extra mile to help everyone else out even if it leaves him high and dry. One thing he always says is if you can’t help don’t feel forced so in that case if you can anything does help every dollar/cent counts and is appreciated and if you aren’t able to just you sending you love and support means just as much.
