Help Kalle Help Finnish Rugby

Kalle Välimäki is a Finnish rugby player, with 11 caps for the Finnish national rugby team. Kalle now calls New Zealand home and lives in Christchurch with his wife Emma. Kalle is the head chef of local favourite craft beer pub, Moon Under Water. Kalle has been playing rugby in New Zealand since 2017, in the Mid Canterbury and the Christchurch Metro club scenes. This prop has been called upon to play for his home country, and help elevate Finnish rugby to the next level. The Moon Under Water Team are excited to send their man to Andorra and would love your help to fund this trip and support Finnish rugby.

Finnish rugby is a purely grassroots rugby community. This year we are running a campaign to raise funds and reduce the cost for the players who are selected to the match squad.

Finland's men's XV national squad are preparing for their final match of the 2022-2023 season away against Andorra. 2022 saw Finland win 3/3 games, conceding 0 tries and climbing to our highest ever world ranking. We now have the opportunity to win our group for the first time in our history!
