Help Karen represent NZ at the 2024 World Natural Games

    It was an incredible weekend at the ICN World Games in Canberra representing Team NZ. I placed 1st in Ms Figure 60+, 1st in Ms Figure 50+, 2nd in Ms Figure Under 52kg and 5th in Ms Figure Open. I also qualified for Pro Ms Figure for the first time but didn’t place in the top 5 in a lineup of 9. My fellow NZ teammates coached by Joanna Mountfort also did extremely well. I am so grateful to you all for your support and donations, making this all possible. I look forward to a break from intense training until the next competition in NZ in 2025! - Karen

  • The countdown begins!

    Thanks to everyone’s generous donations, I will be travelling to Canberra in less than two weeks! All the bookings have been made for the World Natural Games registration, accommodation and air fares. My specially formulated nutrition and gym training plan is running to target and I’m aiming for a peak performance on 2 Nov. Thanks again to all of you and my sister Frances for organising. - Karen

    Hi everyone! I am deeply humbled and blown away by everyone's generosity and well wishes. I can't believe I've reached my goal for Canberra in just two days. The funds raised beyond this amount will be saved for future competitions and I will donate to a charity, yet to be decided. I am so grateful that I can compete at the World Natural Games and represent NZ! - Karen
